We are looking for a Principal Consultant / Senior Adviser to join our Wellington office.
The opportunity
This is a senior role for an experienced communications adviser who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on consulting.
You will work with a diverse mix of clients across sectors, providing trusted advice, helping deliver high-quality work and contributing to the continued growth and capability of the agency.
The role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex communications challenges, building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver great outcomes and help grow our business.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is values-aligned and brings credibility, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to their work. You will likely bring:
- Strong experience advising organisations on corporate communications, reputation and stakeholder engagement
- Commercial acumen and proven business development experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling capability
- The confidence to provide trusted advice to senior leaders and clients
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
- Curiosity about the issues shaping business, society and organisations today
- Openness to innovation including AI
- A genuine interest in supporting and mentoring colleagues
