Celebrating a landmark launch in a landmark location

We recently helped HP launch its new generation of HP ENVY and Spectre laptops across Australia and New Zealand. The focus of this launch was to drive awareness for the new HP ENVY and Spectre range and highlight that they were designed for the new ways of working – perfect for remote working from anywhere, keeping up with a side gig, or creating beautiful content.

To highlight the devices features and capabilities, we hosted leading lifestyle media, Viva and Remix, and content creators, Logan Dodds and Ben Mikha, at one of the world’s most renowned natural landmarks, Uluru, Australia. This trip gave our guests the opportunity to experience the laptops and capture and create beautiful content at various attractions in Uluru.

In addition, we hosted a virtual briefing for key tech media to introduce them to the new laptops and gave them the opportunity to ask HP questions about the new range. Following the briefing, tech media were sent the devices to review as part of a product review programme.

We secured attendance from key tech focused publications such as Witchdoctor, TechDay, Game Junkie, and Geekzone and top tier mainstream media including NewstalkZB, BusinessDesk and Newshub. All media expressed excitement to get their hands on the new HP ENVY and Spectre laptops. We’ve already received our first review of the HP ENVY from Glenn Hart at NewstalkZB, who gave it glowing praise, highlighting its new and enhanced lighting, battery and camera features as well as its versatility. Glenn urged consumers (especially those who work from home) to consider purchasing the device as it is, according to Glenn, “the new age of laptops that are finally focused on the hybrid worker”. We expect more reviews to go live over the coming months.
